    • Reduction of overtime hours

      We are working to reduce overtime hours, with the goal of reducing the average overtime hours for all employees to within 20 hours.
      Based on the "Project Management Guidelines" and "Quality Control Guidelines" aimed at managing processes and delivery dates and assigning appropriate personnel, we have created an environment that can reduce overtime hours.
      Based on the "overtime application rule", which requires advance application/permission for overtime work, we constantly check for appropriate allocation of work and whether there is any unreasonableness, waste, or unevenness, and prevent physical and mental health problems due to overwork. It is working.
      We are actively investing in various systems such as providing cloud storage, introducing in-house SNS, renovating groupware, and utilizing AI technology, and are working to reduce overtime hours.
      Every Wednesday and Christmas Eve are designated as "No Overtime Days" to encourage work efficiency and early return home.

    • Support for balancing family life and work

      We are working to create a comfortable working environment for all employees by establishing systems such as childcare leave that exceeds the legal requirements and shortened working hours for childcare.
      We are working to further promote the use of the work-life balance support system, which exceeds the legal requirements by allowing employees who are raising children who have not yet entered junior high school to request to shorten their working hours.
      Employees who have taken maternity/childcare leave from work for a certain period of time and their supervisors hold interviews once a month regarding support for returning to work.
