Since October 2018, the Group has been conducting employee engagement surveys for all employees in Japan.
This initiative was initiated with the aim of creating a rewarding organization and workplace by visualizing employee awareness and organizational issues, and formulating and implementing an action plan to improve organizational capabilities.

The Engagement Score (ES) that measures engagement level is improving every year.
We will continue to work to create more rewarding organizations and workplaces.
