From Recruitment to Joining the company |
Employment support organizations and medical staff are able to be present at the interview with people with disabilities, and it is possible for the attendees to provide support at the places where the applicants do not have sufficient ability to express themselves. When you join the company, your recruiter and your assigned workplace supervisor will give a full explanation of your work. After joining the company, you can receive guidance from your manager and colleagues in your daily work, and can participate in study sessions held by volunteers in-house with the expertise and skills required as a system engineer. |
Commuting | We will take into consideration on your needs whether you are commuting by your own car or being picked up by family members. Please consult at the time of selection. |
Working Hours |
If you are uneasy about your physical condition, instead of working eight hours a day, you can start to work short hours and then move to full time later. If you need to visit hospital regularly or take medication, please feel free to contact us. |
