Contribution to SDGs
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are 17 goals to be solved for the future of people and the global environment.
Companies are expected to address these 17 goals through their business.
In order to achieve the SDGs, the Group will contribute to the sustainable development of society by providing comprehensive information services.
Promoting Diversity
We are working to create an environment that is easy for all people to work and is worth working in, regardless of age, gender, race, etc.
General business owner action plan
We have formulated the "General Business Owner Action Plan" to realize “a work environment where both family life and child care can be balanced", "providing work experience opportunities for children and young people" and "creating a workplace where women can play active roles".
Community Activities
We work on local clean-up activities in appreciation of the local community and to raise employees’ awareness
Considering Global Warming
We are actively working on setting appropriate cooling/heating Temperatures, encouraging energy saving clothing, encouraging power saving and recommending the use of public transportation
Workplace tour / workplace experience
We cooperate in educational support activities such as job experience for junior high school students and workplace visits for high school students, vocational school students, university students, graduates and young part-timers.
Job Training
We create opportunities for people who are inexperienced in the industry to have access to IT education, and to provide employment support, and actively engage in IT-related vocational training classes.
Internship Acceptance
We accept a wide range of students, from junior high school students to Adults , overseas University students, people with disabilities, and open recruitment internships.
Lecturers
Lecturers are provided to employment support seminars, corporate training and lectures for students who are seeking employment.
Employment of Persons With Disabilities
We do not discriminate against people with disabilities, and we are actively hiring them. We take into account the level of disability and the differences in individual abilities, and entrust them to work.
Employee Engagement
Since October 2018, we have been conducting employee engagement surveys for all employees in Japan, and are working to create organizations and workplaces that are rewarding to work.
Donate to the Japanese Red Cross Society
We continue to donate to the Japanese Red Cross Society to support medical professionals and rescue operations due to natural disasters in corona disasters.
