SYSYSTEM Co., Ltd., founded in 1991, has provided comprehensive information services to customers as a knowledge based group that creates joy with information technology.
In 2013, SYS Holdings Co., Ltd. was established through a share transfer from SYSYSTEM Co., Ltd.
Along with strengthening the governance system by separation of management and execution, we strengthen the function of strategic management which can over see the entire Group and achieve our optimal allocation of management resources to provide a "Comprehensive Information Service" that can satisfy customers throughout the Group.
